Pros

For the most part you're surrounded by fun co-workers. The management trainee program is well known by other companies HR departments. Enterprise recruits the most college graduates in the nation last time I checked.

Cons

Pay, work-life balance, understaffed, unreasonable goals, and the list goes on. You have to remember around 90% of people renting a car is their against their will... Meaning they don't want to deal with you at all! For example, they might have been in a wreck or there actual car is getting repaired. This means they're pissed and angry in the first place... Making your interaction with the customers very difficult.

Pros

It's easy to get on the fast track and get promoted quickly. You learn a lot about running a business. The company as a whole is very fair and is genuinely interested in the well being of their employees and customers.

Cons

It is a lot of hours. I average 55 plus on a light week and almost 70 when there is a lot going on. The pay is not as high as I would like it to be for practically living at work.
