Pros
They have locations all over the country. If you need to relocate, there will be an Enterprise branch there for you to work at.
Cons
Enterprise is the nation's largest college graduate employer. They often tout this in their recruitment process. It's true -- they take the biggest net they can find, and grab as many as they can. That means you end up working with a lot of incompetent people. Management seems to know this and is content to let the bad folks flush out of the system, even if it means the good folks get extremely frustrated in the mean time. They also offer you a "salary package". The number they give you includes 10 hours of overtime. Don't work the overtime, and you won't be making the $30,000 or so they offered you. If you live in a warm climate, imagine this: wearing a full suit, in the heat of the day, you will be washing cars for customers. If you live in a cold climate, imagine doing the same during a bitter cold winter.
