      good for short term but not long term

      Pros

      the best thing about working at enterprise is the co-workers you work with. most of them end up being your best friends in and outside of work. the benefits are great as well in comparision to other companies.

      Cons

      You will work long hours. At least 10 hours per day and 2-3 weekends per month. Average work week is 52-55 hours. It is tough to have a good work-life balance even though the company is trying to make an effort in improving this area. The rental market is maturing so upward mobility is very slow unless someone quits

      opportunities for promotions, benefits, and very rewarding when you are successful

      Cons

      long hours, demanding, no respect from boss's. always having to worry about every customer and every situation because you will be scrutinized on everything that reaches your boss whehter it be an upset customer or a rental that you did not properly qualify and end up losing money on because the renter does not have enough to pay and they keep the car longer then they say.

      Training, advancement opportunities, benefits, job security.

      Cons

      Long work hours, working saturdays, low pay for amount of hours, especially if someone leaves the office and they decide not to replace them you get an increased work load with no increase in pay. If you perform very well personally, but your branch does not, you cant get promoted, like me. Only way to get a pay increase is get promoted.
