Pros

Enterprise provides great sales and marketing experience and can be great work experience to put on a resume. ERAC employees are often recruited by other companies.

Cons

Upper management at Enterprise is horrific and incompetent. Although they tell employees that there is room for advancement there is very little. Hours are horrendous.

Pros

The people who work for ERAC are great. The training program is very marketable when seeking new employment opps, and there are many networking opps. You also learn great conflict management and customer service skills.

Cons

The hours aren't great, the pay isn't great, too many politics, and only 6 paid holidays off (unless you're at an airport location)
