      Pros

      Enterprise is a good place to work if you like people and dealing with challenging situations. During my tenure of 5 years I met some really dynamic people and learned alot about myself and my management strategy.

      Cons

      Wage's they pay their employee's is ridiculous. If you are a great salesman then go to another rental agency because they pay you for your individual sales where Enterprise pays you hourly only with the promise of a promotion. Most the time, those promises go over promised and you have to deal with frustration and embarassement of not getting promoted over the other person.

      Good Insurance Okay 401k plan Nothing to good to say about the company only work their if you have no other job

      Cons

      long hours no work life balance no recognition employees do not work well with other branches but their buddies fellow co workers will stab you in the back never any cars lie to people constantly The company wants you to put everything on your credit card for marketing events

      Given chances to move up in company quickly. Takes care of their employees, a great company to put on your resume.

      Cons

      At times you will have to work weekends, so if you are looking for a 9 to 5 monday thru friday, probably not the company for you.
