Pros
It can provide good perspective on how a business should be ran from driving sales, to controlling overhead, engaging personnel and marketing to grow your business as well as maintaining your existing accounts. Many people equate the management training program experience with a crash course for an MBA program but don't get caught up in the hype of it all the smoke screen is very thick. It looks great on a resume because employers know how hard you had to work to make so little.
Cons
Long days on the battle field...Yes mentality is what they call it so even when you don't have a car or can really tell when one will return say yes this is how you will grow. Your employees will hate your guts for demanding their blood and refusing to let them ever see their families and loved ones. Customers will treat you like garbage because you have to wash the cars and are constantly begging for them to be completely satisfied even when they know that they are completely unreasonable. They will fill you with so many lies if you are a performer but it wont pay off unless you compromise your integrity that is if you have one I mean. They will sometimes settle for having dirt about you or worse.
