      Work alongside some genuine people. Learn new things about daily rental

      Cons

      Get written up for calling out sick- even with a doctors note. HR is unaware of current HR policies or maybe they don’t care about ADA protected absences that don’t require a doctors note. 55-60hr weeks, no work life balance, constantly EXHAUSTED, no time for relationships. If someone gets a significant other, management gets worried and rolls their eyes. Favoritism in promotions, no upward mobility even with stellar numbers. Backstabbing coworkers that are too desperate to kiss up to management than be loyal to another coworker.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment where you learn customer service and sales quickly. Good exposure to business operations and opportunity to move up if you stick it out.

      Cons

      Long hours regularly exceeding 50 hours per week. Pay is hourly and heavily dependent on overtime to reach advertised salary. High turnover leads to constant understaffing and training new employees, which can impact workload and consistency.
