I enjoy working here because it has allowed me to work with students of all ages. Each group is unique, and it comes with its own challenges, which is fun because we all share our creativity, we learn and improve together. And of course, I love it because I can work from home.

Cons

So far, everything has been positive. I am enjoying it a lot!

Pros

They have done a great job listening to the employees feedback. They have increased the salary. Bonus for CSAT of customers and the best thing is that I am only working part time.

Cons

Could be challenging at the beginning especially if you have never worked in a job based on metrics before , Too many stuff and process to learn but at the end is worth it when you master it it becomes easy.
