-Connecting with students -High energy workplace -Freedom over lesson planning with structured curriculum to guide you

Cons

-Expectation was that work is your life -Terrible working hours: evenings and weekends really took a toll on my social life and energy levels -I felt like I needed to be "on" & "happy!!!" all the time -Class load was heavy and I often felt like just another marketing material. Since I was a foreigner, videos and pictures of me were constantly being shown to parents and potential customers
