I cannot vouch for today but during the pre-covid years, it was an amazing company to work for. The Kids and Teens division was at the top of its game.

Cons

There really wasn't much wiggle room but they did all the spade work to get you your visa and to navigate the complex bureaucracy. So, in that sense, if your aim is to sign on and bail, don't sign up with them.

Pros

Management was understanding and genuinely wanted to make you a good teacher. When Covid happened, management was SUPER supportive. Chinese coworkers were awesome- all the foreign staff always had great things to say about their Chinese coworkers and managers.

Cons

The foreign staff sometimes don’t really care about teaching well which can affect morale. Pay could have been a bit better. Hard to switch to anything outside of teaching roles, even if you speak Chinese.
