Pros

Positive and collaborative team environment with strong support from colleagues and supervisors. Provides valuable experience in communication, customer engagement, and relationship management with both students and parents. Offers opportunities to develop organizational and multitasking skills through structured systems and daily responsibilities.

Cons

Workload can be dynamic at times, requiring good time management and adaptability, especially during busy periods. There may be opportunities to further enhance work-life balance and align responsibilities with available resources.

Pros

My first job experience at English 1 has been very enjoyable. All of my co-workers are highly cooperative, friendly, and always willing to help whenever needed, which made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The working system at English 1 has also been very beneficial for me as a first-time employee. Although I faced some challenges during my first few days, I see them as valuable learning experiences that will help me grow in my future career. In addition, the office location is very accessible by public transportation and is situated on a main road, which is another advantage I truly appreciate. Moving forward, I hope to continue growing here and to take as many positive lessons as possible to support my development in the professional world.

Cons

There is a learning curve at the beginning, particularly in adapting to workplace communication with different individuals, but it becomes easier as confidence grows.

Pros

+Harmonic environment, feels like on the school campus +Managers who actually care about your feelings +Well-paid competitive salaries + bonus for your hard work +full support for your career growth, including academic training and exam preparation (TESOL, Cert PT, etc.) +DEI & mental support, 15 days annual leave, life insurance, etc. +Large platform, long history, well-designed employee growth route If you're here for the money, welfare, like teaching children aged 3-15, willing to work hard and get paid, become an educator, by all means welcome.

Cons

-Children and parents can be difficult (sometimes really difficult) -Requires your 200% energy for the teaching -Plenty to work on even after you leave the campus (lecture preparation) -Still requires your 200% energy; parents don't care if you actually get enough sleep -Throatache and headache, can't use the toilet when teaching If you want WLB, short-term achievement, self-satisfaction, and a good nap during your leave, or if you have a weak stomach and introvert, think twice.
