Pros
The company is very helpful when it comes to transitioning to a new country. They help with the visa process, provide a place to stay, get you set up with a bank account and checked in with the local police. I worked there for 3 years and only had a problem when I wanted to leave.
Cons
Upon wanting to end my contract, the school tried to extort me by saying I had to pay for me documents to transfer my visa. The amount was enormous and I didn't feel this was right. I had to threaten to take them to court before they dropped it. I eventually got away without paying anything. The law in China is very clear about visa transfers and there is no statement about fees. If your school tries to do this, they are scamming you and hope that you don't know the laws. If you threaten with Arbitration Court, they will typically back off.
