Pros

Pretty normal salary for the job type, curriculum provided, very clear on potential career paths. The work isn't difficult, the kids are great, and it's a very interesting work environment with people from a multitude of different countries.

Cons

It's a very large company, so expect normal large company cons - less individual care, less flexibility, etc. If you are a certified teacher in your home country, you might not like the lack of freedom over taught material, but if you are a newbie teacher this can be a good thing.

I worked in Indonesia. They had an excellent, pre-made curriculum which was easy to implement across all age groups. They had a program for 4-5 year olds called "Small Stars". I found the staff quite pleasant and were from different countries.

Cons

It is a split shift in which you work until at least 9pm at night.
