If you love teaching and don’t care about a good work life balance then you’ll be fine. Another plus is, depending on what center you’re placed in you can have good cultural experiences.

Cons

Speaking from my own personal experiences the work environment at times can be toxic (This can be due to differences in work culture?). To add to a toxic work environment you will often work decently long hours and because you start later in the day and end early at night on the week days (on the weekends you start early in the morning). I found myself with little time to socialize or make friends out side of work. This could be an individual issue but I have heard fellow coworkers complain as well.
