      It's been a PLEASURE to work with EF!

      Pros

      I have been working at EF for 10 months. Currently, I enjoy the work with my team. We get a lot of days off in a year. Except for the Chinese holiday breaks, we also get one week off at the end of summer course. We only need to get up early to work in two days. And the other three days, we work from the afternoon. Plus, we have a lot of training as well as tests arranged by EF that could help improvement our career!

      Cons

      There are some last minute schedules that happen and bring upsetting situations to the employees.

      Your hard work usually gets paid off in this company!

      Cons

      You have a quality control problem and inability to keep quality teaching level that you want when you have a rotating door situation with teachers especially international teachers. And sometimes have some problems in keeping it having equal opportunities available between international teachers and local teachers.

      Pros

      I truly recommend you to attend TRT's Teacher Event where you can try different things and meet fantastic people. I had an amazing experience in joining Foodie Night and I really love the food there!

      Cons

      Hope there can be more teachers involved in the TRT's Event.
