EF English First is a great company for novice or veteran teachers. Everyone is quite helpful with me transitioning to another country. The teachers at my center have been nothing short of amazing. I definitely love the comradery that we share!

Cons

The only downside that I have encountered is getting so much information given to you upon your arrival. There is an immediate shock of course, but to receive all of your work details at such a rapid rate, it may seem daunting to some.

EF English First is a great company to work for. The organization is very helpful with the transition of moving to China. The accessibility to resources and contacts no matter what you need is a plus. The focus and organization tactics implemented to help the students succeed are so wonderful.

Cons

I would suggest contact or partnering with current foreign employees before arrival would be helpful. Having first hand knowledge of life in China, what you need, what you thought you needed but didn't need, and other questions you needs answers to would have been very helpful.
