Team building events, constant training, good certification programs, and employee support services.

Cons

Schedule in the summer and winter is very stressful because of long hours. Choosing living accommodations within proximity of school is not always affordable.

Easy way to enter China without being scammed or lied to. Beware schools outside of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, or Shenzhen.

Cons

Really only great for a year or two, after that you can find something better.

Pros

The kids are amazing Get to sleep in on weekdays due to later start Some other teachers are amazing and you become great friends.

Cons

Teachers have different days off, you're forced to come in on your days off, management is really inconsistent between people where they are nice to strong but bullies the weak. Can't take sick leave unless you have a doctors certificate which in china means you have to go hospital and wait 3 hours.
