Unfair salary distribution to each part timer, the former gets lower salary than the new comer, left it because felt disrespected

Pros

Good training and set up for when you first arrive. They set your bank up and get you a phone number.

Cons

Poor wage. Poor management. Good teachers who actually do their job well aren't appreciated or rewarded. They glorify all of the white teachers.

Pay could be better. Don't get full pay if a student doesn't turn up for their lesson. Long teaching hours
