Pros
If you are not from English speaking country, this company will make you push your boundary and make you feel bad if your english is still bad after you are a week with them. The collegues also full of energy, they will help you anytime and make you feel included even though you are still new. There's no politics here, because everyone hates the managements equally. So, in other words 'bonding through ragging'
Cons
The micro management, especially if you don't have teaching background. They will ask for your lesson plan every single day in your first month, they will keep fixing your little mistake in grammar (however, if you're natives speaker. They don't care with your grammar.) The management also often take decision based on their mood. So, if they catch your class is boring when they are in bad mood. They will keep bringing that situasion in every one on one session with you. Just becareful tho!
