Focus on development and learning, opportunity for bonus every three months, good camaraderie with coworkers, good support when you first land and help setting up in country.

Cons

Very long hours over weekends (12 hours of teaching), sometimes there is training on week days when you are not teaching (could be on one of your off days), extra commitments are expected outside of your contracted commitments.
