- Management on all levels - Little regard for their employees (one director said that she could get trained monkeys to do everyone's jobs in an operations staff meeting) - To get ahead you need to be a management crony and/or incompetent - Some members of upper management (as in Sr. VPs) openly yell, curse, and speak derogatorily to/about lower level employees - They have run off pretty much every good manager they ever had - They don't comprehend the negative moral - They have a VP for pretty much everything (even departments without employees) while they keep piling up the work on the low level employees - This list could seriously be much, much, much longer but I will spare you. The bottom line is if you need a job really badly, they will pay a paycheck.
