      Pros

      Benefits are great; employees are appreciated. I get to learn a lot of new technologies. People are professional and very nice to work with. Growing company is good to find in this economy.

      Cons

      Alot of change in management ranks. Change can make employees nervous and worried. 12 hour shifts are hard on a person and hard on families.

      Free coffee. Nice co-workers. I get a paycheck for now...

      As with any company you will find some things that you are not completely satisfied with...With Encompass Digital Media, I are hard pressed to find anything positive to say. We were good before being sold. Now, it is all most of us can do to walk through the doors and work out our shifts. People are tired and let down. Middle Management is a bunch of manager want-to-be's that are learning as they go. Both middle and upper management are completely out of touch with the employees. Schedules are to long and pay is too low. There have been lots of people who have quite over the last couple of years, and even more after some of the irresponsible changes that have been taking place. If I only knew then what I know now, I never would have signed up for this mission!

      Pros

      Great oppurtunity to learn a lot very quickly. People are not held back from responsibility. Motivation can attain a lot with Encompass. Very stable company.

      Cons

      24/7 enviroment can be taxing. Transferring between departments can be difficult.
