      It was a great company to work for, great employees, the location and building had a lot to offer which made it great.

      Pros

      company values were great, time off policies, work life balance were great, employees and co workers were friendly, the building and news room were interesting to watch and they were always welcoming to new employees

      Cons

      the location wasnt the best. there were shady gas stations around in one part of the town but on the next street it was completely safe. the food wasnt always that great and didnt have many options in the kitchen

      Pros

      3 days off in a row depending upon your job description. That all.

      Cons

      Management need to respect those who really make the company money. Anybody who was good for the company left a long time ago. Now they are making double or triple what they were making and actually have a life. Shame on encompass for its business practices.

      Pros

      Get to watch video feeds from around the world and most major sporting events. Available overtime comes every so often.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Hard to be able to have a normal life (working 9-5, no weekends, etc). Management seems to care more about their best interests rather than their employees.
