Pros
Its a salary, which is not great but not terrible either. Its centrally based so transport links are good.
Cons
The entire place has suffered for a really long time with lack of morale, this is due to the poor management which has not got any better despite the high turn over of execs, each one always says they are going to make wonderful changes but it just gets worse. They have never valued their staff, there is a blame culture and no incentives. The staff turnover is very high. Now they are now re-locating and will lose numerous employees but they do not care as they only think about lining their coffers....they have a terrible reputation in the industry, they are a laughing stock.
