      A good place to start your career as a MCO

      Pros

      Decent health care plan. Decent pay. Awesome managers. Work environment was pretty relaxed for the most part. Good amount of vacation time. Not difficult to get time off approved.

      Cons

      Although the pay was decent, it's probably the lowest rate you will get paid as an MCO in Los Angeles with more work than most other places. There's no growth within the company.

      Very good no real complaints. Wish they payed more for the amount of work and hours, Good first job.
