No annual raises as of now and no raises when given more work to learn and do. Shift times are not great. Everything is still based on seniority level.

Working in hubs means working in a room with a bunch of people inside. Managers love to make minor complaints all of the time about breaks, MCO's bringing food in the room while they do it so much, and operators who want to stand up from their chairs because they sit in them the whole time looking at boring TV. They care more about enforcing rules and controlling your life instead of how well of a job you do while you're there. They always want to find other stuff to complain and talk about rather than tell you personally good job.
