The Pay is good, there are three shifts so hours are good and there’s good benefits

Very “clicky”. If you don’t get accepted by the group, you’ll be very lonley

Pros

It's a necessary business so as long as there is TV broadcasting there's work to be done and chairs to fill. Great great people to work with: dedicated, knowledgable, nice.

Cons

With layoffs and consolidations, more & more work is required of departments and individuals without pay increases, and, sadly a benefits package steadily devolving. Too much overpaid upper managers and bloodthirsty financial partners, it seems.
