It's a paycheck and nothing else.
Cons
No benefits that amount to anything significant. Upper management is horrible and racist. And lies are often told during interview regarding job promotion. Promotions are based on either race or sex. No appreciation for having worked through the pandemic. If you have other opportunities for employment, then take them...please!
