      Good for starting out if it’s your first job in TV. They have multiple hubs.

      Cons

      There is not much room for development. You cannot move up within the company very easily.

      Flexible Hours. The operators are friendly. Great entry job for recent high school/college graduates

      Cons

      DO NOT STAY PAST 2 years. Get as much info as you can and branch off to a better situation. Chances of being promoted are slim. Execs and Directors are jerks, don’t show Ops any respect as, they are apart of the success of the company as well. There was a rumor that MCOs were labeled as monkeys from one of the Execs. You’ll end up doing more work with the same pay rate. Smh.
