      I'm struggling to find anything

      Cons

      Terrible pay, overbearing upper management that runs nearly all operators out the door. No 401k match. There's a hopeless helpless feeling there.

      Pros

      You get a paycheck and thee days off a week. That’s about it.

      Cons

      Godawful management from the top down. Pay is low and they don’t give raises. Revolving door mentality. They don’t care about their workforce and it’s obvious from day 1.
