Pros

If you like OTT broadcast transmission jobs, this is the place. There are lots of different clients and positions. Company insurance was well subsidized.

Cons

Upper management only sees the bottom line, and plays favorites with employees. They don't pay enough to attract good talent, and waste time micromanaging the quality talent they have with knee-jerk reactive decisions that are not well thought out.
