      Pros

      The company offers a lot of creative freedom visually and is eager to catch up with larger names in the fashion industry. Products are good for the most part, team members are reasonable.

      Cons

      As in any retail job, management is overworked and underpaid. The company tends to be inflexible and lacks in advanced KM techniques to pool together information. Communication lacks between Home Office and Boutiques.

      Flexibility, great community, growth opportunities, supportive executives

      Cons

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

      there are none, they suck

      management... almost two years with no review and no raise. this was a district directive. very mean girl TOXIC, ego centric coming down from upper management. poorly run on all levels. we know that a company that is run like that, will fail! lol they are now out of business
