      Very passionate environment, great team, reasonable hours, great communication, awesome clothes, great rewards program

      Cons

      Pay is minimal, no full-time positions that aren’t management positions, corporate doesn’t always tell the entire truth, fast fashion for most, no opportunity for promotion when not a manager and even then its very slim

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
