      Employee Discount- 30% off Bonus every month sales goal met Gift card to the store every month sales goal exceeded Exposure to fun and fashion forward clothes

      Long hours on feet, retail hours, spent all of the pay check in the store, customers are between two extremes (teens and middle aged women) and sometimes it's hard to relate to middle aged women who shop in a juniors store.

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

      management... almost two years with no review and no raise. this was a district directive. very mean girl TOXIC, ego centric coming down from upper management. poorly run on all levels. we know that a company that is run like that, will fail! lol they are now out of business
