Pros
The employees I hired were fun to work with. Good discount. Affordable items.
Cons
The pay is too low. The company changes directions/directives every few months, so it's impossible to find consistency. Just when you think you've finally learned how to do your job, they completely change everything again. Upper management is rude and doesn't even manage you properly. They only criticize, but don't offer feedback on how to improve. Everyone is very negative and condescending.
