      Since it was a small company when I first started, district managers were very involved.

      Unfortunately, you have to wait a year for a performance review working in sales.

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
