Pros
Great discount, great clothes and the free filtered water from Belmont Springs...that's about it.
Cons
Horrible management. Our store manager was brought from a Tier 7 as an assistant to a tier 3 store as a store manager... It was literally the joke of all of our stores that she was so young and with only a year of experience and threatening to leave the company if she didn't get her own store, just shows that this company doesn't have its head on straight. They are growing way too fast and they don't know what to do with themselves. They promote people who shouldn't be promoted and who are so immature it's disgusting. Our DM is an alcoholic who constantly takes store managers out drinking and then chastises us for having lunch with one another. The pay is disgusting and truly just shows how much they value their employees. I was a keyholder and had the responsibility of a store manager put on my shoulders by my own store manager. I was doing 10 times the work for $10/hour. The visuals are a joke. Corporate is constantly changing the ways they want things done. One second they want original fran (layers and clutter every where) to the new fran (a tank and kimono and a clutch). Boutique Ops LOVES to email you 2 days in advance of a floor set and only give you 5 extra hours and only 1 day to do it. It's disgusting. The Allocations are a joke. We have jewelry coming out of our ears. And they send way too much product in general. The racks are never shapable and the gift table intimidates our customers to a point where they are afraid to touch anything. People loved Frans when it felt like it was owned by a small business owner. It was intimate, quaint and exclusive. Now we're pretty much a glorified Forever 21 storage room. It's disgusting.
