When I accepted the job at Francesca's, I took a lower pay rate than I would have liked because I was so excited to work for the company. However, the meager amount they think is acceptable to pay their employees is pathetic. There has been very high turnover especially in the recent months because of the low pay and terrible work life balance. It is a reflection on how little they value their employees. The managers are extremely young because they are the only ones who will settle for the minuscule salary.
