      Pros

      Discount was pretty good. Visual independence

      Cons

      AM and DM never on the same page. No positive interaction between DM and field management. Company guidelines constantly changing. Upper management does not appreciate field leadership... At all It's hard to continue to successfully run a boutique when your DM hires her best friend for AM and she's not ready to fully take on that position. They contract you for 40 hrs but you really work 50 with no extra pay or a thank you.

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
