      Pros

      Great hours, really cute clothes, very small staff so you get to do everything (visuals, customer service, sales tracking)

      Cons

      High turnover (constantly training new people), corporate is always changing policies, I did more work for no more pay

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
