Pros
Used to have good leadership. Now, the founders have left and the culture is falling apart.
Cons
A lifelong attorney as head of hr and it who could not be more rude and disrespectful? Leads a poor example and is indicative of poor leadership decisions. Sr mgmt has strong opinions and belittles the ideas of the rank and file. The reality is morale is at an all time low, but they are clueless.
