Area managers, regional managers, and the worst of them all corporate have no idea what they are doing and treat BMRs, ABMs, KH's ad BA's like they are a piece of garbage. Pay is a joke. Required to take on more responsibilities then the normal and get a paycheck that hardly qualifies as compensation. I work over 45 hours a week and alone the majority of the time and not even acknowledged for my hard work. Upper management has no work/life unbiased attitude. They can care less if you are dying or a relative is, they will make you work or punish you if you cant. Worked for this company many years and have never seen or been treated so terribly as I have been in the past year. Unfortunately needed to work. felt mistreated and misguided.
