Pros

A great deal of freedom with visuals and merchandising within the store. Fun, unique merchandise that is easy to be passionate about. Growing company with new stores/positions opening up frequently.

Cons

Not very flexible hours (hard to get time off with so few keyholders) Wages are okay, but not good enough to retain good employees b/c they can be paid more at other stores. There can be some catiness from of having such a small group of girls. With only 2-3 people working at a time, it can be hard to escape any tension and so it only grows. There's not always much to do. I find myself being bored far too often. For some people that's a plus, but I prefer to be challenged in a job and that rarely happens at francesca's. I want to love this company. It does many things right that other retailers struggle with and has a lot of potential, but after looking at this list I'm questioning why I'm even still here.

Pros

I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

Cons

I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
