      Great upper management, constant raises, steady growth, family-like environment.

      Cons

      None! Maybe just the high traffic, but ultimately even when we are insanely swamped, I still enjoy every minute.

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

      management... almost two years with no review and no raise. this was a district directive. very mean girl TOXIC, ego centric coming down from upper management. poorly run on all levels. we know that a company that is run like that, will fail! lol they are now out of business
