      Pros

      Really great company to work for, upper management keeps close ties with the stores to make sure they are successful and that they are being honest with their work ethics. Great management, great atmosphere, and really nice people in general.

      Cons

      Hours can be a little spotty, but that is retail in general. No one can really predict when people are going to shop(besides the holiday season).

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

      there are none, they suck

      management... almost two years with no review and no raise. this was a district directive. very mean girl TOXIC, ego centric coming down from upper management. poorly run on all levels. we know that a company that is run like that, will fail! lol they are now out of business
