Pros
It's really a good company to work for if you don't require a lot of money. They don't pay spectacularly, but the job is fun and you work with some really great people.
Cons
Constant change. Every regional manager/ area manager/ etc has a different view. Also, they run too many promos. Very hard to keep the store up to date with the changing.
