Pros
- I like a couple of the girls I work with -it can be a fun environment (sometimes) -regular customers can be super nice -starting pay is good ($9, for a stylist) but could definitely be raised more frequently... -seems to be easy(ish) to move up in the company
Cons
- There is a whole lot of unneeded pressure if you're at a store that actually follows the "Francesca's promise", which is the store I work at.. we're in the top 5 of all the Francesca's stores, so my BTL is very intense... so there is a whole bunch of pressure of "making the day, week, month" UPT & AT need to be at 3.0 and $50 atleast or we're doing something wrong! -since the store is so small, it can be very overwhelming when we're really busy. -discount is 30% which is decent, but 90% of the time the promos that are going on in the store are like the same.. so that's whatever. -too many stylists (sales associate) at my location so one week we get 20+ hours and then the next you're lucky to have 10 -pay starts @ $9 which is ehh, but a good starting pay for your first job. -you'll do an amazing job on multiple customers... but they focus on the ONE customer that wasn't greeted, or you didn't do the promise too... etc.
