Very low pay for Store Associates, Asst. Mgrs, District Mgrs, etc. Management will expect you to work full-time hours but will always classify you as part-time to avoid giving you benefits of any kind. At corporate office, the employees are "C" players at best. Very, very basic skill sets in warehouse, IT, HR, Accounting, etc. This is not an organization looking for leading talent and Sr. Mngt is not interested in what employees have to say as they think they already know it all. Environment with the females is very catty, very cut throat, very immature -- as if still in junior high.
