      Great discount, complete freedom with all visual merchandising, small and close knit team, flexible dress code

      Cons

      Lack of opportunities to advance in the company, a lack of respect for in store employees, lack of visual direction, no organization, no motivation or encouragement. A lot of work for very low pay

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

      there are none, they suck

      management... almost two years with no review and no raise. this was a district directive. very mean girl TOXIC, ego centric coming down from upper management. poorly run on all levels. we know that a company that is run like that, will fail! lol they are now out of business
