      Pros

      Great place if you enjoy merchandising with no direction. Interesting products. Always busy I cant think of any more pros.

      Cons

      Lousy salary. Local managers are not helpful. Very high school environment. If not properly staffed, managers are forced to work 24/7. Upper management offers no guidance. Worst seven months of my Life.

      Flexibility, great community, growth opportunities, supportive executives

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

      management... almost two years with no review and no raise. this was a district directive. very mean girl TOXIC, ego centric coming down from upper management. poorly run on all levels. we know that a company that is run like that, will fail! lol they are now out of business
